Proper representation of client's interests, in accordance with the principle of the client's benefits, at all stages: searching for new manufacturers, in negotiating with manufacturers on the prices and production, under the supervision of orders, etc.

Assistance with furniture drawings

Assisting with custom furniture projects, accurate 2D and 3D drawing creation suitable for production. Review and improve existing furniture designs for functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability. Expert advice on materials, dimensions, and production.

Supervising client's orders

Supervision of execution of orders weekly: compliance with production technology (properly dried timber, temperature / humidity conditions, preparation before finishing); the suitability of used materials (adhesives, finishing materials, fittings); the quality check (dimensions, assembly and finishing, packages); ready quantity - packaged, finished products, control of dispatch timeline.

Client representative in Lithuania

Representation of a client in Lithuania, acting on a contractual basis with the client. The representative has all the necessary powers to represent the company's interests in Lithuania.

Organizing production of new products

Dealing with delivery terms, quality requirements, etc. Helping the manufacturer to assimilate the new products for production, prototype production. Organizing further continuous production of products after the prototypes are inspected and approved by client.
